Men are polarities for women. They are different creature and they appeared to be different in everything. The difference is also common when talking about a breakfast. There are no restrictions as for the breakfast for a woman but there are a lot of those as for the breakfast for a man. Though, needless to talk about those restrictions and it is better to talk about a perfect breakfast for a man.
So, men need more calories during a day and so their breakfast has to be twice nutritious than breakfast of a woman. Men are also inclined for different kinds of cardiac diseases and so it is important for them to have food that low a blood pressure. It is important for man to have food greatly provided with magnesium. Magnesium regulates the level of cholesterol.
A good breakfast for a man is the toasts of bread provided with vitamin B. in most cases it is bread with nuts or unbroken grains. Anyway, the number of B vitamin is easy to find out if read the information on the packing of it. It is forbidden for man to eat a breakfast of low fat content. Such a food-stuff will be of a lack of necessary ingredients for a man and so will make him weak.
There is no way for a man to have a breakfast that consists of fruits only. The fruit breakfast is full of nutritious stuff but in a lack of magnesium, and you know that magnesium is extremely important for a man. So, follow the rules and you will fell great both: physically and mentally.
