Well, the main mistakes of all the people is that they believe that a breakfast of no importance and it is better to snack something when they feel hungry than to spend their precious time for breakfast in the morning. So, the lack of breakfast is a common and the main mistake of all the people in the world. And this is the main reason for why people have problems with their weight.
Another common mistake is a cup of something instead of a breakfast. A cup of something will let you to forget about your hunger for some period but it will never provide your organism with things it needs.
