In case you are a morning-coffee-lover there are some rules for you. You may have your morning cup of something in 15 minutes before your breakfast.
You can also have it in 30 after your breakfast but there is no way for you to have it during a breakfast. Pure water is the best drink of the healthy breakfast. You can also have your morning cup of something at work. See, those are rather easy rules and it is not a big deal to follow those.
