There appeared to be sum "kind" people who had suggested an idea of thinness to people and most women are crazy about being as slim as it is possible. That is why they torture their bodies with different diets. They want to be slim but they have no time or desire to visit gyms and the best way to become slim they see is the way of starvation.
They deprive themselves of a food and they believe that such a way of life will give them an opportunity to become the icons of the beauty, though indeed the disgrace themselves. It is better to be not very thin girl but a girl of a healthy look than to be a slim girl with a gaunt face. That is why it is important never to miss a meal and that is why it is important to have a normal breakfast.
Breakfast is a meal if a greatest importance for people. There is no way for one to be healthy and beautiful in case he or she deprives him- or herself of healthy food. It is not only the healthy food of great importance but it is also important to follow the rules of nutrition. And according to the rules of nutrition it is important for people to have their nutritious breakfast.
Never replace a nutritious breakfast with a cup of coffee and a cigarette. Never forget to have your breakfast as it is the main meal during a day. It is the first and the main meal that conditions your health and your mood also.
