A breakfast is a culture and it is a culture that is developing through ages. Though, it is likely that the development of breakfast is falling into decay. People rare care about the quality of their breakfasts and they rare care about it is not missed actually. The modern way of life makes people to forget about the common rules of breakfast.

In most cases people never follow those traditions they had and they neglect the culture of the breakfast. People have no time to follow those traditions and to curry those through ages. It is common for people nowadays to have something to drink and that is the breakfast they usually have. Though, it is not a breakfast actually and there is no way for a breakfast to be like that.

Most people have their cup of tee or a cup of coffee and a cigarette. Sometimes they have some burger or a croissant with their cup of something, though it is not a breakfast also. A breakfast is the main meal and so it must be something better and more nutritious than a cup of something and some kind of a burger.

Though, it is the common breakfast for people nowadays. So, it is not a wonder that a health of humanity leaves much to be desired. There is no way for people to be healthy if they never follow the rules of healthy nutrition. Stop drinking coffee and eating burgers, have porridge for your breakfast.
